Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of supplybunny.com and the related services operated by Sbunny Group Sdn Bhd (Co. No. 1182632-P) ("SupplyBunny", "we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Eligibility

SupplyBunny is a business-to-business service. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of the business you represent. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

2. Marketplace facilitator

SupplyBunny operates as a marketplace connecting buyers with third-party suppliers. Unless explicitly stated, the seller of record is the supplier listed for each product. We facilitate listing, ordering, payment, and delivery coordination — but we are not the manufacturer or producer of the goods sold.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are subject to supplier acceptance and stock availability. We may cancel or adjust any order — including for pricing errors, fraud indicators, or stock shortages — and will refund any payment for cancelled items. Quotation prices are valid only within the validity window shown on the quote.

4. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may change without prior notice. Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout. Payment is processed via iPay88 and other payment partners. You authorise us to charge the payment method on file for orders you place. Chargebacks made without first contacting us may result in account suspension.

5. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. You are responsible for receiving the order within the agreed window and inspecting goods on arrival. Discrepancies must be reported via WhatsApp on the day of delivery.

6. Refunds and returns

Refunds are reviewed case by case based on product type, supplier policy, and delivery condition. Perishable goods are generally non-refundable once accepted by the buyer. Where a refund is approved, we will issue it to the original payment method or as Bunny Points credit at our discretion.

7. Bunny Points

Bunny Points are loyalty credits earned on paid orders and may be redeemed for fixed-tier discounts at checkout. Points have no cash value and are non-transferable. Points expire 12 months after the date they are earned, on a rolling first-in-first-out basis. Misuse of the points programme — including fraud, account abuse, or attempts to circumvent the redemption rules — may result in forfeiture of points and account action.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to: place fraudulent orders; misuse coupons or loyalty points; reverse-engineer the service; harvest data from the site; impersonate another buyer; or use the service for any illegal purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

9. User content and feedback

Any content you submit — including reviews, photos, ratings, and product feedback — grants us a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, display, and distribute it in connection with the service and our marketing. You represent that you own or have the right to share any content you submit.

10. Intellectual property

The SupplyBunny name, logo, site design, and all software and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our content without our written permission, except as needed to use the service for its intended purpose.

11. Disclaimers

Except as required by applicable Malaysian consumer protection laws (which may imply certain non-excludable warranties), the service is provided "as is". We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product description on the site is exhaustive or current. Where a non-excludable warranty is breached, our liability is limited to re-supplying the relevant goods or refunding the price paid for them, at our option.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from or related to your use of the service is capped at the greater of (a) the amount you paid to SupplyBunny in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) RM 10,000. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages — including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss of data — even if we were advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by Malaysian law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the service. This indemnity does not extend to any claim caused by our own negligence, fraud, or wilful misconduct.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if: (a) you breach these Terms; (b) we reasonably suspect fraud, abuse, or illegal activity; (c) you fail to pay amounts owed; or (d) we are required to do so by law. We may also terminate your account for any other reason on thirty (30) days written notice. You may close your account at any time by messaging Alice. Termination does not affect rights or obligations that accrued before termination, and provisions intended to survive termination (including liability limits, IP rights, indemnification, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply.

15. Force majeure

We are not liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, government action, public health emergencies, war, civil unrest, labour disputes, supplier failure, internet or telecommunications outages, or power failures. During such events, our obligations are suspended until the event ends and we resume normal operations.

16. Dispute resolution

If a dispute arises out of or in connection with your use of the service, you agree to first contact us via WhatsApp and attempt to resolve the matter informally. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of first notice, either party may commence formal proceedings. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Subject to the informal resolution step above, any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Selangor, Malaysia.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted at this URL with a revised "last updated" date. Continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
